The Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met at 4:38 p.m. this day, in Room 253-D, Centre Block, the Chair, Bill Graham, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Jean Augustine, Bill Graham, Stan Keyes, Pat O'Brien, Deepak Obhrai, Bernard Patry, Monte Solberg.
Acting Members present: Antoine Dubé for Francine Lalonde; James Moore for Keith Martin.
Other Member present: John Richardson.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee proceeded to meet with a delegation led by the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
Mr. Seleznev made an opening statement which was followed by an informal question and answer period.
At 6:07 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
