THE STANDING COMMITTEE
has the honour to present its
THIRD REPORT
Pursuant to its Order of Reference of Tuesday, November 30, 1999, your Committee studied the subject-matter of Bill C-224, An Act to establish by the beginning of the twenty-first century an exhibit in the Canadian Museum of Civilization to recognize the crimes against humanity as defined by the United Nations that have been perpetrated during the twentieth century and reports its findings and recommendations.
