The Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans met in camera at 9:05 o'clock a.m. this day, in Room 705, La Promenade Building, the Chair, Wayne Easter, presiding.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), study on the implications of the September 17th, 1999 Supreme Court decision on R. v. Marshall on the Management of fisheries in the Atlantic Region.
