The Standing Committee on Natural Resources and Government Operations met at 11:05 o’clock a.m., this day, in room 269, West Block, the Chair, Brent St. Denis, presiding.

From the Canadian Pulp & Paper Association: David Barron, Vice-President. From the Pulp & Paper Research Institute of Canada (PAPRICAN): Dr. Ron Crotogino, Director of Research, Engineering. From the Forest Engineering Research Institute of Canada: Daniel Guimier, Vice-President, Eastern Region.
