In accordance with its Order of Reference of Thursday, February 26, 1998, your Committee has considered Votes 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 under HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT in the Main Estimates for the fiscal year ending March 31, 1999 and reports the same. |
