Canada’s Proposed Biocides Regulations: Trade Impacts for Certain Canadian Sectors

That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee undertake a study of the effects of the proposed Canadian Biocides Regulations on competition from foreign products on Canadian soil, with a particular focus on the impacts of recognizing foreign registration, the streamlining of foreign registration review and the creation of a new category of regulated products; that the Committee hold at least two meetings on this study, and that the Committee report its findings and recommendations to the House.
