Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Friday, October 9, 2020, the committee resumed its study of urban, rural, and northern Indigenous housing.

Yves Giroux made a statement and, with Ben Segel-Brown and Caroline Nicol, answered questions.

Election of Vice-Chairs
Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the clerk of the committee presided over the election of a vice-chair.

On motion of Brad Vis, it was agreed, — That Raquel Dancho be elected First Vice-Chair of the committee.

Committee Business
The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in the context of its study of the review of the employment insurance program, individuals and organizations be invited to submit briefs to the committee.
