Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Friday, June 5, 2020, the committee commenced its study of the subject matter of Supplementary Estimates (A), 2020-21: Vote 1a under Department of Public Works and Government Services, Votes 1a and 5a under National Capital Commission, Vote 1a under Privy Council Office, Votes 1a and 5a under Shared Services Canada and Votes 1a, 20a and 30a under Treasury Board Secretariat.

It was agreed, — That the speaking notes presented by Matthew Shea of the Privy Council Office be taken as read and appended to the Evidence of today's meeting.

Matthew Shea, Ken MacKillop, Bill Matthews, Lisa Setlakwe, Louise Baird and Les Linklater answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was moved, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $6,000, for the study of the government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, be adopted.

After debate, the question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on the following recorded division:
