Ron Atkey and Tom Henheffer made statements and, with Alice Klein, answered questions.

At 2:30 p.m., Matthew Dubé took the Chair.

At 2:33 p.m., Robert Oliphant took the Chair.

At 3:02 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 3:06 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Ron Levi, Carmen Cheung, and the Hon. Hugh Segal made statements and answered questions.

At 3:43 p.m., Dianne Watts took the Chair.

At 3:45 p.m., Robert Oliphant took the Chair.

At 4:04 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
