Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on June 14, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of Canada's National Security Framework.

Lamine Foura and Dominique Peschard made statements and, with Denis Barrette, answered questions.

At 3:06 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 3:12 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Roch Tassé, Paul Cavalluzzo, and Sibel Ataogul made statements and answered questions.

At 4:14 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
