The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

The Chair presented the Second Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure. The Report was concurred in and read as follows:

Your Subcommittee met on Monday, April 11, 2016, to consider the business of the Committee and agreed to make the following recommendations:

That the 15th Report of the Committee in the Second Session of the 41st Parliament, entitled Chapter 3, Mental Health Services for Veterans, of the Fall 2014 Report of the Auditor General of Canada, be adopted as a report of the Committee in this session; that, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report, and that the Chair present the report to the House.

That the 16th Report of the Committee in the Second Session of the 41st Parliament, entitled Chapter 6, Nutrition North Canada – Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada, of the Fall 2014 Report of the Auditor General of Canada, be adopted as a report of the Committee in this session; that, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report, and that the Chair present the report to the House.

That the 17th Report of the Committee in the Second Session of the 41st Parliament, entitled Chapter 5, Support to the Automotive Sector, of the Fall 2014 Report of the Auditor General of Canada, be adopted as a report of the Committee in this session; that, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report, and that the Chair present the report to the House.

That the 20th Report of the Committee in the Second Session of the 41st Parliament, entitled Chapter 2, Required Reporting by Federal Organizations, of the Spring 2015 Report of the Auditor General of Canada, be adopted as a report of the Committee in this session; that, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report, and that the Chair present the report to the House.

That the 21st Report of the Committee in the Second Session of the 41st Parliament, entitled Chapter 3, Tax-Based Expenditures, of the Spring 2015 Report of the Auditor General of Canada, be adopted as a report of the Committee in this session; that, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report, and that the Chair present the report to the House.

That the 22nd Report of the Committee in the Second Session of the 41st Parliament, entitled Chapter 5, Information Technology Investments-Canada Border Services Agency, of the Spring 2015 Report of the Auditor General of Canada, be adopted as a report of the Committee in this session; that, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report, and that the Chair present the report to the House.

That the 23rd Report of the Committee in the Second Session of the 41st Parliament, entitled Chapter 4, Access to Health Services for Remote First Nations Communities, of the Spring 2015 Report of the Auditor General of Canada, be adopted as a report of the Committee in this session; that, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report, and that the Chair present the report to the House.

That, the Departmental Action Plan on Chapter 7, The Office of the Ombudsman for the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces, of the Spring 2015 Report of the Auditor General of Canada, received during dissolution, be published on the Committee’s website.

That the Committee, the Clerk of the Committee and one Analyst participate in the annual conference of the CCPAC on August 21-23, 2016 in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories; and that, the Clerk of the Committee prepare a draft budget for the Committee's proposed travel to the annual conference of the CCPAC for consideration by the Committee.

That the departments invited to appear in relation to the study of Report 1, Implementing Gender-Based Analysis, of the Fall 2015 Report of the Auditor General of Canada, be heard in a single panel.

That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the Committee invite the Auditor General of Canada to appear on Thursday, May 5, 2016, to discuss the Spring 2016 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada.

That, pursuant to Standing Order 81(4) and 81(7), the Committee hold a public hearing on the Main Estimates 2016-17: Vote 1 under Auditor General, as well as on the Reports on Plans and Priorities, Main Estimates 2016-17.

At 8:56 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 8:56 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed consideration of Chapter 4, Information Technology Shared Services, of the Fall 2015 Report of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the Committee on Tuesday, February 2, 2016.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the Chair request the results of the November 2015 customer satisfaction questionnaire from Shared Services Canada, which was shared with their partners on 1 February 2016.

At 10:48 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
