It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Making the Most of the Action Plan for Official Languages 2018-2023: Investing in Our Future".
It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and Analyst be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.
ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.
It was agreed, — That the Analyst and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

At 12:20 p.m., the sitting resumed.
It was agreed, — That the Committee devote the second hour of its meeting of Thursday, February 21, 2019 to discuss committee business and the consideration of the draft report in relation to its study of the state of Canada's Francophonie.
It was agreed, — That on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, the Committee invite witnesses to appear in relation to its study of the modernization of the Official Languages Act.
At 12:59 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
