Nigel Bankes, by videoconference from Calgary, Alberta, Colleen Collins, Lisa Mitchell, by videoconference from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Mark Butler, and Duncan Kenyon made statements and, with Nichole Dusyk, answered questions.

At 12:57 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
