Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, the Committee resumed consideration of the subject matter of Bill C-30, An Act to implement the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union and its Member States and to provide for certain other measures.

Brian Kingston, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Dan Darling, John Masswohl, Angella MacEwen and Warren Everson made statements.

At 11:21 a.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 11:25 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:11 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Brian Kingston, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Dan Darling, John Masswohl, Angella MacEwen and Warren Everson answered questions.

At 12:46 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:48 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 1:00 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
