Pursuant to Standing Order 92, the committee commenced consideration of matters related to Bill C-339, an act to amend the Competition Act (efficiencies defence).

The Chair presented the First Report from the Subcommittee on Private Members' Business of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs.

It was agreed, — That the First Report of the Subcommittee on Private Members' Business of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs be concurred in.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.
