Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, the committee resumed its study of the National Capital Commission — Rideau Hall Storage Building.

Tobi Nussbaum made a statement and answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

ORDERED, — That the Chair be instructed to seek the unanimous consent of the House to modify the Thirty-Second Report of the committee presented on Thursday, November 9, 2023 to substitute the name of the organization “CATSA” with “The Canadian Transportation Agency” on page four of the report in English, and page four in French.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $1,250, for the study of Report 1, Forests and Climate Change, of the 2023 Reports 1 to 5 of the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $1,250, for the study of National Capital Commission — Rideau Hall Storage Building, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $1,250, for the study of Government of Canada Information Technology Systems, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $2,250, for the study of the Public Accounts of Canada 2023, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $500, for the study of Report 3, Rehabilitation of Parliament’s Centre Block—Public Services and Procurement Canada, of the 2023 Reports 1 to 4 of the Auditor General of Canada, be adopted..

At 12:46 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
