Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 17, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the ArriveCAN application.

Cameron MacDonald and Antonio Utano made statements and answered questions.

Motion

Garnett Genuis moved, — That the committee report to the House its ask that the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner of Canada investigate all the allegations of wrongdoing related to ArriveCAN, and report to the House by Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

Debate arose thereon.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on the following recorded division:
