Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, January 31, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Vaccine Equity and Intellectual Property Rights.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the committee proceed to sit in public.

At 5:36 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:48 p.m., the sitting resumed in public.

It was agreed, — That the committee resume debate on the motion moved by Rachel Bendayan and the amendment moved by Garnett Genuis on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.

Debate arose thereon.

At 6:05 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
