Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h), the committee proceeded to a briefing session on the decision of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to not pursue a criminal investigation in relation to the SNC-Lavalin affair.

Motion

Mona Fortier moved, — That the committee do now adjourn.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on the following recorded division:
