At 11:27 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:31 a.m., the sitting resumed.

At 12:13 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:21 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 12:36 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

Jean-Marc Ruest, Robert Saik and Catherine King made statements and answered questions.

At 1:03 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
