Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 26, 2020, the committee proceeded to a briefing on the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians Annual Report 2019.

David J. McGuinty made a statement and, with Rennie Marcoux, answered questions.

At 5:02 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:06 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 8, 2020, the committee resumed its study of systemic racism in policing in Canada.

Robyn Maynard and Mitch Bourbonniere made statements and answered questions.
