The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $1,775, for the study of the Impact of COVID-19 on the Judicial System, be adopted.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, the committee resumed its study of the impact of COVID-19 on the judicial system.

Todd McCarthy and Joanne Hardie made statements and answered questions.

At 11:57 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:05 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 1:12 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
