The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the committee invite Sean Bruyea, Allan Hunter, Tina Fitzpatrick, and the Veteran Ombudsperson Col (Ret.) Nishika Jardine to brief the committee on the VAC mental health care programs, for one meeting no later than April 21st, 2021.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the financial health of veterans' organizations.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

The committee resumed consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $2,350 for the study on a Strategy for Commemorations in the 21st Century, be adopted.

At 6:01 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
