Pursuant to the order of reference of Saturday, April 11, 2020, the committee resumed its study of parliamentary duties and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Michel Patrice and Barbara Raymond made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That Elizabeth May be allowed to question the witnesses.

At 12:22 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:30 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Marc Bosc, Emmett Macfarlane, Peter Milliken, Benoît Pelletier and Gregory Tardi made statements and answered questions.

At 2:11 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
