Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Monday, January 29, 2018, the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, and section 72 of the Proceeds of Crime and Terrorist Financing Act, the Committee resumed the statutory review of the Act.

Tony Manconi, Stéphane Bonin, Daniel Therrien, Nicholas Trudel and Lynne Tomson made statements and, with Lara Ives, answered questions.

At 5:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
