Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of service delivery to veterans.

Daniel Dubeau made a statement and, with Steven White and Pierre Lebrun, answered questions.

At 4:39 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:45 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the proposed witnesses be added to the Committee's witness list for the study of mental health and suicide prevention among veterans.

At 5:07 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
