The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

The Chair presented the Fourteenth Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows.

Your Subcommittee met on Monday, February 4, 2019, to consider the business of the Committee and agreed to make the following recommendation:

1. That the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and the Minister of Border Security and Organized Crime Reduction be invited to appear on Monday, February 25, 2019, for the Committee's studies of the Supplementary Estimates (B) 2018-19 and Interim Estimates 2019-20.

It was agreed, — That the Fourteenth Report of the Subcommittee be concurred in.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of cybersecurity in the financial sector as a national economic security issue.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 4:49 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 5:11 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
