Election of Vice-Chairs
Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the Clerk of the Committee presided over the election of a Vice-Chair.

On motion of Marc Serré, it was agreed, — That Shannon Stubbs be elected First Vice-Chair of the Committee.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, the Committee commenced its study of Strategic Electricity Inter-ties.

Niall O'Dea made a statement and, with André Bernier and Darcy Blais, answered questions.

At 4:29 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:34 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Mark Sidebottom and David Cormie, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Alberta, made statements and answered questions.

At 5:31 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
