Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, June 14, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of forest pests.

Peter Henry made a statement and answered questions.

Allan Carroll, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, made a statement and answered questions.

At 11:57 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:01 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the Committee routine motion on the distribution of documents, adopted on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, the Clerk be authorized to display Richard Briand's Power Point presentation in English only.

Étienne Bélanger made a statement and answered questions.

Richard Briand, by videoconference from Jasper, Alberta, made a statement and answered questions.

At 12:45 p.m., Richard Cannings took the Chair.

At 12:54 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
