The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the 11th Report of the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows, be concurred in as amended:

1. That, on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, the Committee resume consideration of the draft report in relation to the study of the question of privilege related to the matter of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police publications respecting Bill C-71, An Act to amend certain Acts and Regulations in relation to firearms.

2. That, pursuant to Standing Orders 81(5) and 81(6), the Committee undertake studies of the Supplementary Estimates (B) 2018-19 and the Interim Estimates 2019-20; that Stéphane Perrault, Chief Electoral Officer, and the Hon. Karina Gould, Minister of Democratic Institutions, be invited to appear for one hour each on Thursday, February 7, 2019; and that the Hon. Geoff Regan, Speaker of the House of Commons, be invited to appear for one hour on Tuesday, February 19, 2019.

3. That, on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, the Committee commence a study of the Centre Block rehabilitation project.

4. That, on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure meet to consider the future business of the Committee.

Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, June 19, 2018, the Committee resumed consideration of the question of privilege related to the matter of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police publications respecting Bill C-71, An Act to amend certain Acts and Regulations in relation to firearms.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 11:37 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:49 a.m., the sitting resumed.

At 12:20 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
