Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the Committee resumed consideration of the Report 2, Detecting and Preventing Fraud in the Citizenship Program, of the Spring 2016 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the Committee on Tuesday, May 3, 2016.

Marta Morgan made a statement and, with Lu Fernandes, answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the Law Clerk and Parliamentary Counsel be invited to appear before the Committee on Thursday, October 26, 2017, to discuss the Committee’s powers to summon persons and order the production of papers and records.
