Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 2, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act.

Amipal Manchanda, Barbara Glover and Line Lamothe made statements and, with Glenn MacDougall, Biagio Carresse and John Tremble, answered questions.

At 9:34 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:39 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Marc Thibodeau, Craig MacMillan and Joanne Renaud made statements and answered questions.

At 10:33 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:36 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Committee invite officials from the Department of Public Works and Government Services, Shared Services Canada, the Treasury Board Secretariat and the Privy Council Office, to appear on either Tuesday, March 7, 2017, or Thursday, March 9, 2017, in relation to the study of the Supplementary Estimates (C) 2016-17, and the study of the Departmental Performance Reports 2015-16.

At 10:59 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
