Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(f) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, September 21, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of access to early childhood services in the minority language.

Dolorèse Nolette, Albert Nolette, Nathalie Lachance, Marie Commance-Shulko, Cynthia Huard, Gillian Anderson and Sarah Lessard made statements and answered questions.

At 10:29 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 2:08 p.m., the sitting resumed.
