Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, the Committee proceeded to a briefing with the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation.

Ry Moran made a statement and, with Cynthia Wesley-Esquimaux, answered questions.

At 3:37 p.m., Andy Fillmore took the Chair.

At 4:30 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:35 p.m., the sitting resumed.
