Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, September 22, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Opioid Crisis in Canada.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 10:43 a.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

It was agreed, — That the draft interim report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Interim Report and Recommendations on the Opioid Crisis in Canada".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analyst be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That opposition parties' dissenting and/or supplementary opinions submitted by Thursday, December 1, 2016, be appended to the final report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the interim report to the House prior of Friday, November 18, 2016, if possible.

At 10:54 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
