It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $12,700, for the study of federally funded health research (M-132), be adopted.

Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, November 8, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of Federally Funded Health Research (M-132).

Keith Fowke, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Salim Yusuf, by videoconference from Hamilton, Ontario, Marc LePage and Aled Edwards made statements and, with Maxwell Morgan, answered questions.

At 10:45 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
