Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vi) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Privacy Act.

Donovan Molloy, by videoconference from St. John's, Newfoundland-and-Labrador, Catherine Tully, by videoconference from Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Drew McArthur, by videoconference from Victoria, British Columbia, made statements and, with Sean Murray, by videoconference from St. John's, Newfoundland-and-Labrador, and Bradley Weldon, by videoconference from Victoria, British Columbia, answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the Committee invite Mary Elizabeth Dawson, Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner, and Karen E. Shepherd, Commissioner of Lobbying, before the end of their mandates.

At 12:40 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
