Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 16, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of priorities of Canadian stakeholders having an interest in bilateral and trilateral trade in North America, between Canada, United States and Mexico.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Priorities of Canadian Stakeholders Having an Interest in Bilateral and Trilateral Trade in North America, Between Canada, United States and Mexico".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, not later than noon, on Monday, December 11, 2017.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the analysts and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Committee's website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Committee schedule a meeting as soon as possible with officials from the Mexican department in charge of Trade via videoconference from the Canadian Embassy in Mexico and allow them to share their presentations with the Committee as originally planned.

At 4:22 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
