Cynthia White-Thornley made a statement and, with Guylain Thorne, answered questions.

At 9:28 a.m., Hon. Hedy Fry took the Chair.

At 9:55 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:59 a.m., the sitting resumed.

René Rivard made a statement and answered questions.

At 10:47 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
