Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, September 29, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of mental health and suicide prevention among veterans.

David Pedlar, by videoconference from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, and Dr. Don Richardson made statements and, with Linda Vantil, by videoconference from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, answered questions.

At 4:48 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:01 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 5:20 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
