The Legislative Committee on Bill C-11 met in a televised session at 3:43 p.m. this day, in Room C-110, 1 Wellington Street, the Chair, Glenn Thibeault, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Charlie Angus, Scott Armstrong, Tyrone Benskin, Peter Braid, Paul Calandra, Andrew Cash, Dean Del Mastro, Pierre Dionne Labelle, Mike Lake, Phil McColeman, Hon. Rob Moore, Pierre Nantel and Hon. Geoff Regan.

 

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Maxime-Olivier Thibodeau, Analyst; Dara Lithwick, Analyst. House of Commons: Cynara Corbin, Procedural Clerk.

Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Monday, February 13, 2012, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-11, An Act to amend the Copyright Act.
 

Alain Lauzon, Martin Lavallée, Elliot Noss and Jean Brazeau made statements and, with Cynthia A. Rathwell and Jay Kerr-Wilson, answered questions.

 

At 4:53 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:58 p.m., the sitting resumed.
