The Standing Committee on Veterans Affairs met in camera at 3:31 p.m. this day, in Room 112-N, Centre Block, the Chair, Greg Kerr, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Eve Adams, Sean Casey, Sylvain Chicoine, Corneliu Chisu, Greg Kerr, Wladyslaw Lizon, Ben Lobb, Irene Mathyssen, Manon Perreault, Peter Stoffer and Brian Storseth.

 

Acting Members present: Patricia Davidson for Richard M. Harris.

 

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Jean-Rodrigue Paré, Analyst.

 

Witnesses: Department of Veterans Affairs: David M. Robinson, Director General of Transformation; Bernard Butler, Director General, Policy and Research Division; Charlotte Stewart, Director General, Service Delivery and Program Management.

 
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, November 24, 2011, the Committee resumed its review of the delivery of front-line health and wellbeing services for Canadian Veterans.
 

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

 

At 4:16 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:21 p.m., the sitting resumed in public.

 
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, the Committee commenced its study of Transformation Initiatives at Veterans Affairs Canada.
 

David M. Robinson made a statement and, with Bernard Butler and Charlotte Stewart, answered questions.

 

At 5:29 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
