The Order was read for the third reading of Bill C-395, An Act to amend the Employment Insurance Act (labour dispute).

Mr. André (Berthier—Maskinongé), seconded by Mr. Ouellet (Brome—Missisquoi), moved, — That the Bill be now read a third time and do pass.

Debate arose thereon.

At 12:00 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 98, the Speaker interrupted the proceedings.

Pursuant to Standing Order 79, the question was not put on the motion, the Order for third reading was discharged and the item was dropped from the Order Paper.
