At 8:30 a.m., pursuant to Order made Monday, September 27, 2010, the House proceeded to the consideration of Private Members' Business.

The House resumed consideration of the motion of Mr. Woodworth (Kitchener Centre), seconded by Mr. Anderson (Cypress Hills—Grasslands), — That Bill S-210, An Act to amend the Federal Sustainable Development Act and the Auditor General Act (involvement of Parliament), be now read a second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development.

The debate continued.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to.
