FIRST REPORT		PREMIER RAPPORT
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee has considered matters relating to the Canadian Coast Guard raised in the First Report of the Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans in the 3rd Session of the 37th Parliament, entitled Safe, Secure, Sovereign: Reinventing the Canadian Coast Guard. The Committee has concurred in the findings of that report, which is appended.		Conformément au paragraphe 108(2), le Comité a étudié des questions touchant la Garde côtière canadienne qui ont été soulevées dans le Premier Rapport du Comité permanent des pêches et des océans lors de la 3^e session de la 37^e législature, rapport intitulé Sécurité et souveraineté : Réinventer la Garde côtière canadienne. Le Comité a approuvé les conclusions de ce rapport, qui est annexé.
Pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee requests that the Government table a comprehensive response to the Report.		Conformément à l’article 109 du Règlement, le Comité demande que le gouvernement donne une réponse détaillée à ce rapport.
A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meeting No. 3) is tabled.		Un exemplaire du Procès-verbal pertinent (réunion n^o 3) est déposé.
