The Standing Committee on Finance met in a televised session at 5:09 p.m. this day, in Room 253-D, Centre Block, the Chair, Massimo Pacetti, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Hon. Maria Minna, Massimo Pacetti, Charlie Penson and Judy Wasylycia-Leis.

 

Acting Members present: Don H. Bell for Mark Holland, Ken Boshcoff for Hon. Maria Minna, Roger Clavet for Robert Bouchard, Odina Desrochers for Yvan Loubier, Susan Kadis for Françoise Boivin and Tony Martin for Judy Wasylycia-Leis.

 

In attendance: Library of Parliament: June Dewetering, Principal. Standing Committee on Finance: Richard Dupuis, Clerk of the Committee.

Pursuant to Standing Order 83.1, the Committee resumed its pre-budget consultations 2005.
 

Tracy Ross, Paul Ledwell, Donald Fisher, Deirdre Freiheit, Bernard A. Courtois, Arthur A. Kube, Simon Hanmer and Bill Jeffrey made statements and answered questions.

 

At 6:46 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
