FIRST REPORT		PREMIER RAPPORT
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee has considered matters relating to the Canadian Broadcasting System raised in the Second Report of the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage in the Second (2nd) Session of the 37th Parliament, entitled “Our Cultural Sovereignty : The Second Century of Broadcasting”. The Committee has concurred in the findings of that report, which is appended.		Conformément au mandat du Comité à l’article 108(2),le Comité a étudié des questions touchant le système de radiodiffusion canadien dans le Deuxième rapport du Comité permanent du patrimoine canadien lors de la deuxième (2^e) session de la 37^e législature, rapport intitulé “Notre souveraineté culturelle; le deuxième siècle de la radiodiffusion canadienne”. Le Comité a approuvé les conclusions de ce rapport, qui est annexé.
Pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee requests that the Government table a more detailed response to the Report.		Conformément à l’article 109 du Règlement, le Comité demande au gouvernement de déposer une réponse plus détaillée au rapport.
A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meeting No. 3) is tabled.		Un exemplaire des Procès-verbaux pertinent (réunion n^o 3) est déposé.
