The House resumed consideration of the motion of Ms. Robillard (Minister of Industry) , seconded by Ms. Augustine (Minister of State (Multiculturalism and Status of Women)) , — That Bill C-2, An Act to amend the Radiocommunication Act, be referred forthwith to the Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology.

The debate continued.
