MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS

Meeting No. 2

Wednesday, December 4, 2002

The Subcommittee on Private Members' Business of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs met at 3:35 p.m. this day, in Room 306, West Block, the Chair, Marcel Proulx, presiding.

Members of the Subcommittee present: Rick Borotsik, Yvon Godin, Michel Guimond, Marcel Proulx, Chuck Strahl and Tony Tirabassi.

In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: James Robertson, Principal.

Witness: From the House of Commons: Rick Casson.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108 (3)(a)(iv), the Subcommittee considered the selection of votable items.

 

The witness made a statement and answered questions.

 

At 3:53 p.m., the Subcommittee proceeded to sit “In Camera” to select votable items.

 

It was agreed -- That the Chair of the Subcommittee or his designated representative, present its recommendations to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs.

At 3:58 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
