The Standing Committee on Finance met at 8:32 a.m. this day, in the Harbourside Ballroom 1, Renaissance Vancouver Hotel, Vancouver, British Columbia, the Chair, Sue Barnes, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Sue Barnes, Roy Cullen, Nick Discepola, Sophia Leung, Monte Solberg and Judy Wasylycia-Leis.

 

In attendance: Library of Parliament: June Dewetering, Principal; Blayne Haggart, Analyst.

Pursuant to Standing Order 83(1), the Committee resumed its pre-budget consultations.
 

Panel I: Janna Cumming, Alison Brewin, Herbert Grubel, Don J. Avison, Alice Lee and Cherry Kingsley made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

 

At 9:45 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 09:50 a.m., the sitting resumed.
